Wish List!

I ran for a whole mile without quitting and without stopping to walk! It felt so great!! I don't remember the last time that I even tried to run for a whole mile. I just feel really happy even though it seems like something so small and silly. I feel really good and next time I want to run even further or faster or maybe both!
