When someone feels that way, angry or frustrated, I suggest writing everything down. Write out everything that you don't want in anymore. Scribble all over and just let it all out. After it is all out, close the notebook and go to sleep. Now that it is all out of you, it is so much easier to fall asleep without all of that on your mind. Now when you wake up, your mind is fresh and it might take you a little while to even remember that you were upset at all. Fill the whole note book with your stress and frustration and never read it again. If you become angry at someone, write them a letter that you will never show them or anyone else. Write Dear ____. Or even Dear Dumb stupid B!%$^&. Swear and get mad and hate them all over the page. When you are done, let it go. When the book is full (and you aren't so mad that you will hurt yourself).... Bury it. Paint a big target on it and shoot at it with your shot gun. Sink it in the lake. Take a chain saw to it. Tear it up piece by piece. Feed it to your dog. Torch it. Drizzle on some lighter fluid. Light it on fire. Watch all of your pain turn into smoke and fly away.

Torch it.
When I feel angry or sad or frustrated or stressed or just plain ticked, I like to write it down. I write out every little thing that is causing me pain and scribble and swear as much as I want and not even care because no one will ever see it again. Not even me. At a job that I hated, I would type and type and type and then print it out even though most of it was just from me banging on the keyboard.
